TRAVEL PROGRAM: (ages 9 to Under 19) The Travel Program is designed to provide kids with a slightly more competitive setting and begins to introduce the “TEAM” environment. Ensuring a positive learning experience, player development, and team play are top priorities in this program. The Travel teams will range from U10 through U19 and compete in one of three divisions within PA West, District 3 based on their skill level. KASA is a member of the state affiliate to USYS/FIFA and all Laws of the Game will be followed. KASA does its best to assure that each team is placed in the appropriate skills division.
All games will be played on Sunday with practices held two nights per week. Teams will compete with neighboring clubs and travel will be required. All travel teams will typically play 8 games with 50% played at home and 50% played away (generally within an hour drive).

PA WEST Divisions
Divisions are defined by skill. The higher the skill level, the potentially larger geographical area of the division. Divisions may have only one league. However, if there are enough teams available, there can be several leagues. The leagues may then be bracketed in varied levels of strength. PA-West offers the following divisions:
Division 1 -- Primary elite teams (multi-state / international travel)
Division 2 -- Secondary elite teams (regional / multi-state travel)
Division 3 -- Classic Cup teams
Division 4 -- Highest skill level available for Club Teams. Mix of Cup & highly skilled players.
Division 5 -- Highly skilled to moderately skilled team levels. Broken in brackets of strength (A - D).
Division 6 -- Moderately skilled to developing teams. Broken in brackets of strength (A - D).
